Heritage Structures of Mayo

The Heritage structures of Mayo are a collection of construction and architectural styles of Rajasthan.
The primary problem of each structure was roof related in both cement and lime roofs. The other was that of rising dampness from the floors / wall on ground floor.

The defects observed in the main building which were also common to most other buildings inspected during the survey :

• Defects owing to inappropriate usage of space
• Neglect and maintenance problems
• Water proofing problems
